Question: Hello …..how should I clean or wash my yellow wrist straps without compromising the effectiveness of them? What is the best way to do this? They smell like mildew. Thanks.
Answer: The SuperStraps can be washed by hand using mild unscented soap such as UltraSafe or Dr. Bronner’s Pure Castile soap and pure water. Only a few drops of soap should be necessary. Please dry them thoroughly when you’ve finished washing. If possible, leave them in the sun to dry. Gentle washing by hand is recommended to keep the conductive carbon fabric inside from degrading.
