Question:  Where can I get my Autozap5 repaired?  – MF

Answer:  What is the specific problem?  Hopefully we can get you up and running without sending it in.  How old is your Zapper?

Reply: did some (slightly panicked) research. Took out the batteries for a while and then it just started again.  I really can’t remember how old it is… but it is great.  Since I have just picked up lymes again I really need it just now!!!

Best Zapper Answer:   You did the exact thing we would have suggested.  Thank you for letting us know you got it working!

There is a “reset” for the Zapper you need to know about when you change batteries, starting it up after a long time of non-use, or even being dropped.  It is simple to do.  You must remove the batteries, let your zapper sit empty for 15 minutes, then insert fresh batteries.  After this you can press Start   Here are helpful links on this site for you.
